Privacy Policy (Guidelines on the Protection of Personal Information and Handling of Specific Personal Information etc.)

Hazama Ando Corporation (hereinafter gthe Companyh) recognizes the importance of personal information and specific personal information etc. (This refers to individual numbers and the personal information contained therein. The same shall apply hereinafter.) in our advanced information and communication society, and has stipulated the following guidelines regarding the handling of personal information and specific personal information etc. to make efforts to provide suitable protection of personal information and specific personal information etc. (The definitions of the terms used herein correspond to the definitions in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure.)

  2. The Company shall appropriately handle personal information and specific personal information etc. in accordance to the procedures set forth below.

      1. The Company shall acquire personal information and specific personal information etc. through legal and fair means.
      2. When acquiring personal information and specific personal information etc., the Company shall, by principle, specify, publicly announce or send notification in advance of the purpose of use of such information.       2. Should the Company receive any complaints regarding the handling of personal information and specific personal information etc., the Company shall promptly and appropriate respond to them accordingly.
  3. The Company shall continually work to improve the appropriate handling of personal information and specific personal information etc.
