Basic Policy
HAZAMA ANDO CORPORATION (hereinafter “the Company”) discloses information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the "Securities Listing Regulations" of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter “the Exchange”) . Additionally, even if information does not fall under the relevant laws and regulations or securities listing regulations, the Company will actively disclose information that is deemed important or beneficial to our shareholders and investors.

Information Disclosure Methods
For information that falls under the Securities Listing Regulations of the Exchange, the Company will disclose such information by registering it on the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Exchange, in accordance with the regulations. After registration on TDnet, the Company will promptly publish the same information on this website.
Quiet Period
In order to ensure fairness of disclosure and prevent the leak of earnings-related information, the Company has defined a quiet period from the day after the end of the fiscal period until the announcement date of the financial results. During this period, the Company will refrain from responding to inquiries regarding financial results and performance forecasts, as a general rule. However, if there is a significant change expected from the previous forecast during the quiet period, the Company will disclose it as appropriate in accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations of the Exchange.

Any information that is not based on past facts disclosed as our financial results forecasts, plans, etc. is forward-looking statements. Such statements are based on information obtained at the time and certain assumptions deemed reasonable. Accordingly, actual financial results, etc. may vary due to various factors.
